Welcome to Amor. By accessing our website (https://amor.ke/) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Information

Amor is a Kenyan-based business specializing in cakes, cupcakes, and flowers.

  • Physical Location: Mua Park, Nairobi, Kenya.

  • Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

2. Product Representation

While we strive to display the colors and designs of our cakes and flowers as accurately as possible:

  • Artisanal Nature: Since our products are handmade, slight variations in design, color shade, and floral arrangements may occur.

  • Seasonality: Flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute specific blooms with others of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetic.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in KES (Kenya Shillings).

  • Full payment is required before an order is processed for delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon for corporate accounts.

  • We accept payments via Cash or M-pesa

4. Delivery Terms

  • Flat Rate: A standard delivery fee of KES 250 applies to Nairobi deliveries.

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct recipient name, physical address, and working phone number. Amor is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Perishability: Due to the nature of our products, if a delivery is unsuccessful, the items will be returned to our workshop. Redelivery will incur an additional KES 250 fee.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Cakes: Modification or cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

  • Flowers: Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that fall outside our production capacity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on https://amor.ke/, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Amor. Unauthorized use of our brand assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amor shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to ingredients (all ingredients are listed or can be requested via phone).

  • Damage to products once they have been signed for and accepted by the recipient.

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or traffic accidents).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya.
