Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Amor, we take pride in delivering fresh flowers and delicious cakes with the utmost care. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, please review our delivery guidelines below.

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

  • Flat Rate Delivery: We offer a flat delivery fee of KES 250 for orders within our standard delivery zones in Nairobi.

  • Coverage: We currently deliver within Nairobi and its environs. If you are unsure if your location is covered, please contact us at +254 718 111444 before placing your order.

2. Delivery Schedule & Hours

We operate from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

  • Sundays & Public Holidays: We are closed on Sundays and select public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

  • Specific Time Slots: While we strive to meet requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact minute due to traffic and routing. Most deliveries are completed within a 2-4 hour window of your preferred time.

3. Order Cut-off Times

  • Flowers: Same-day delivery is available for flower orders placed before 3:00 PM.

  • Cakes & Cupcakes: To ensure freshness and quality, most cake orders require at least 24–48 hours notice. For urgent requests, please call us to check availability.

4. Recipient Information & Failed Deliveries

Because our products are perishable (cakes melt and flowers wilt), we require accurate delivery details.

  • Mandatory Info: A valid phone number for the recipient is required for all orders.

  • Delivery Attempts: We make one (1) delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, or the address provided is incorrect, the order will be returned to our workshop at Mua Park.

  • Redelivery: A redelivery fee of KES 250 will apply if we need to attempt delivery a second time.

5. Handling & Care

Once the order is handed over to the recipient or a designated person (e.g., office reception or house help) in good condition, Amor is no longer liable for damages caused by improper handling or storage (e.g., leaving a cake in a hot car).
